We make it as easy as possible to place an order with us!  Please choose one of the following methods:

  1.  You can place your order on line for the fastest possible service. We provide a "shopping cart" to allow you to select products as you browse our web site. When checking out we provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy including credit card information.

  2.  You may call us toll-free at 1-888-889-9444 (or 702-368-2522 if our  800# is not working) during 9 am - 5 pm PST 7 days a week. This phone number is available for placing orders, checking the status of existing orders and for product questions and availability. If you prefer you can also send us an email as we promptly reply to questions sent by email.

3.  You can also fax your order 24 hours a day to 1-702-558-6200. Simply print the friendly order form and fax it in, or mail your completed order form along with a cashiers check,  money order or personal check to:

Shipping Options, Insurance & Disclaimer

We offer FREE* shipping in the Continental United States for orders totaling $75.00 or more and only charge a flat rate of $6.00 for orders under $75.  *Some items such as RTD's, liquid supplements, protein bars and other heavy products are subject to actual shipping charges.  Orders placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time will ship the same business day providing that the items are in stock. 
Please let us know if you are unable to receive mail from either UPS or the Postal Service (USPS) when you place your order!  Even though you select Free UPS Ground we may still ship via USPS depending on a variety of factors, so just let us know!  Here's some info about the two carriers that we use for shipping within the USA:

  • Priority 2-3 Days: This is the US Postal Service Priority Mail option. This service is not guaranteed, but we have found it be VERY reliable. At least 95% of shipments arrive in 2 - 3 days with MANY coming in 2 days. They even deliver on Saturdays! With other shipping companies, they may say 3 days delivery time, but that almost never counts Saturdays, so the delivery time is usually much longer. There is delivery confirmation (not detailed tracking) on all Priority packages. The USPS can deliver to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes and many places that other carriers can not reach.

     

  • UPS Ground: This service is very reliable, has full tracking information, provides free insurance up to $100 and is cheaper when the items are very heavy. Depending on your location, this service will take 2 - 7 business days, not counting Saturdays.  Simply use the UPS Transit Map below to determine the shipping time to your state.  UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so please list a valid street address with your order or choose USPS Priority Mail. 
     
  • UPS 2nd Day Air:  Same benefits as Ground but only faster!  Guaranteed two-day delivery not including Saturdays.
     
  • UPS Next Day Air:  Same benefits as Ground but with delivery the next business day.  Does not include Saturdays, though UPS does offer Saturday delivery and we would be happy to give you a quote for this service by calling us at 1-888-889-9444.

We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, and it is solely up to the UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.  UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays, so please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

 

Shipping Insurance & Disclaimer

Unlike UPS, the United States Postal Service (USPS) does not guarantee delivery of your package unless you have the package insured.  This applies to both domestic and international shipments, with or without Delivery Confirmation.  Should you choose to add insurance when you check out and you do not receive your package within a reasonable time,  we would then be able to file a claim with USPS and either reship your order or refund your money.

Due to circumstances outside of our control, some international orders get stopped by the customs agency in your country.   Please read our full disclaimer:

If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

My Package Was Seized, Now What?

If your package is stopped by the customs agency in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them.  If the products are indeed illegal in your country, they will most likely return the package to us.  If they do, there may be a return shipping fee.  Once the package is received back by us, we will contact you by e-mail and refund you for the products, minus the shipping fees. You can also use this credit towards different products or have the package shipped again.  We will help you out!

If the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price. We followed your directions and those directions caused the product to be seized. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you will give us a try again with different products.

We hope you can understand the reasons that we can not refund you for seized products.  Our goal is to make every customer happy!  We do exactly as the customer tell us to do, like any good company should.  Unfortunately, sometimes doing what you want us to do can cause problems if you are not sure of what the laws are in your country.

Sales Tax

Currently, only Nevada residents are subject to sales tax collected by stayleaner.com.. Most food items in Nevada are considered Non-Taxable.


Damages and Shortages

Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to stayleaner.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will either reship the merchandise, or issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.

 

Manufacture Guarantee Returns

If a product is guaranteed by the manufacturer, or a company is guaranteeing a product and you decide the product did not work for you, you must obtain a return authorization number from us. You will still be responsible for our shipping and handling costs to you as well as the cost of return shipping to us. Since we are not the manufacturer nor the company promising 100% guarantee, there is a 15% restocking fee on top of the shipping charges you will incur. Under no circumstances will we accept any product returns 30 days or later after the invoice date.


On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it.  We will gladly pick it up and ship the correct items out to you.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we advertise on our website.  Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available, assuming that the backordered items will arrive to us in only a day or two.  If the backordered items will be out of stock for more than two days we will ship the products that we have to fulfill your order.  The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they arrive with no additional shipping charges to you.

Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with stayleaner.com. shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, and shall be heard in the State of Nevada and in the County of Clark.
